Q: Is there any cancellation policy?

A: There is no refund for cancellation of booking in the event of no-show or missed sessions. 

Q: Are outside food and drinks allowed in the studio? 
A: We do not allow external food within our studios. Food and drinks are only permitted through our authorised caterer, and you can view the food menu at our studios.

Q: What are the accepted modes of payment? 
A: Paynow, PayLah! & Cash Payment. 

Q: Are we able to extend our session? 
A: Yes, subjected to availability.
